Shoppers who actively qualify for SNAP, Disability, WIC, or the Guilford County Orange Card may also qualify to join our LIMe Program

Proof of qualification will be required at the time of enrollment (i.e. an active SNAP/EBT card). You may remain a LIMe Member for as long as you continue to qualify for said program and pay your annual LIMe membership fee.

The cost to join the LIMe Program is $15 per year

This annual fee helps us cover the costs of maintaining the program and the LIMe discount, in addition to funds collected through shoppers rounding up at the register and generous donations. The fee must be paid upon signup and yearly renewal for the duration of your participation in the LIMe Program.

LIMe Members currently receive a daily discount of 15% off their purchases

This discount does not apply to items already on sale and does not stack with any other discounts or promotions. The discount amount may vary based on our Round Up funds, but will not exceed 20%.

A LIMe Member may also choose to become a Co-op Owner at any time by purchasing an ownership share at $100 or 4 quarterly installments of $25. A LIMe Member who is also a Co-op Owner (LIMe Member-Owner) is entitled to all the benefits of ownership in addition to the everyday LIMe discount.

In addition to the everyday LIMe discount, LIMe Member-Owners receive all the benefits of being a full-share Owner of the Co-op

These benefits include:

• Owner-only sales and promotions,
• patronage dividends, if applicable,
• enrollment in Taproots Rewards,
• and the ability to vote and run for our Board of Directors

A LIMe Member may choose to become a Co-op Owner at any time by purchasing an ownership share at $100 or 4 quarterly installments of $25, thus making them a LIMe Member-Owner. The $15 annual fee will still need to be paid for the duration of your participation in the LIMe Program regardless of ownership status.

Anyone who qualifies and pays the $15 annual membership fee can join the LIMe Program and begin receiving the daily discount. If you are already a full-share Owner of Deep Roots Market, you will become a LIMe Member-Owner upon enrollment and receive all LIMe and ownership benefits.
