Complete this form for our FREE curbside pickup or delivery service.

1. Place your order by 7pm for next day pickup. (Deliveries now limited to 3 days a week. See #2.) 
2. Delivery is only available three (3) days a week, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday; within a 5 mile radius of the store.
3. Orders are filled between 11am-3pm, please stay available and be ready to make your payment over the phone. Do not call the store, please wait until we call you.
4. There is a $35 minimum or 10 item minimum, whichever comes first. We encourage you to use this service if you do not feel comfortable coming in to shop in the store.

*The prices you are charged are the prices that are in effect on the day we do your shopping, which is the same day as your pickup or delivery. Before we begin shopping for your order, we will call you to confirm. We will not begin shopping until we get in touch with you. Please be available by phone at 11am on the day you wish to receive your order. We reserve the right to alter this program as community needs change. We reserve the right to limit quantities. We are not accepting returns or exchanges until further notice. No checks. By participating in this program, you understand that the staff and volunteers will follow all updated Deep Roots Market sanitation guidelines, but there is still undeniable risk involved. You are willing to accept that risk and will not hold Deep Roots Market staff or volunteers liable for any health issues that might arise from using this service, including COVID-19. As careful as we are, it is recommended that you continue to clean all touchable surfaces and food.
